I have over 30 years' experience in hiring actuaries, data analytics and risk professionals in the Irish market. Through my career, I have hired at all levels, from graduates straight from college, to C-Suite executives. I will undertake either retained or contingency recruitment searches across all levels for risk, data analytics and actuarial roles in the market. I also provide full agency recruitment services.

The following outlines my approach to recruitment.

WORKFORCE PLANNING
If you would find it helpful, I am very happy to sit down with your HR department and your relevant technical leads to assist in identifying your requirements going forward for risk, underwriting, data analytics and actuarial resources. This process would involve benchmarking your resources against those of your peers, and comparing this to your business goals, as defined by your strategic plan.

DEFINING A NEED
Resulting from the above process, I can assist your teams with defining the requirements for identified roles, preparing job descriptions, and identifying ideal and desirable person specifications. At this key part of the process, I would hope to bring my experience to bear to provoke and challenge, if appropriate, and to assist in best defining the optimum profile for your company.

ATTRACTING CANDIDATES
I will then engage in an exhaustive search process, using my database, and extensive network of contacts within the industry.

FILTERING CANDIDATES
I will personally interview potential candidates, either face-to-face, by video call, or by phone, to assist me in assessing the suitability of candidates for the roles under consideration.

CLIENT INTERVIEW
I will then propose a selection of candidates to you, the client, for your consideration for interview.

OFFER STAGE
I will ensure complete transparency between employer and candidate if and when we proceed to the offer stage, delivering a no surprises approach for all parties.
