Afer all, let's face it, changing jobs is risky. Usually, there are plenty of reasons (sometimes good reasons, but sometimes not) to stay put. Frequently, in fact, staying put is the right thing to do. There are many hugely successful actuaries and risk professionals (to early to speak about data analytics in this context) who stay with the same company all of their careers. But equally, there are many who accelerated their career progression because they changed jobs, at the right time for their career.
We are here to help you make the decision that is right for you now. I made a few good decisions in my career, and a few bad ones. Hopefully, you can learn fron my successes and failures.
